"A favorite recipe, one my mother gave me. A lower-calorie variant: Use canned mushrooms, which can be sliced, and save the liquid. Use only one tablespoon of butter, and add 2 tablespoons of the mushroom liquor instead of the other two tablespoons of butter."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put celery and mushrooms on large aluminum foil squares.
Step 2
Sprinkle on the other ingredients except for the paprika and drizzle with butter.
Step 3
Close the foil tight by making a double fold across the top of each package.
Step 4
Bake at 400' for 1 hour. Add paprika just before serving.
Step 5
Unused packages can be refrigerated and reheated later.
