Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups celery, diced
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon minced yellow onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, dash of
  • Paprika, to taste (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put celery and mushrooms on large aluminum foil squares.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle on the other ingredients except for the paprika and drizzle with butter.

  • Step 3: Close the foil tight by making a double fold across the top of each package.

  • Step 4: Bake at 400' for 1 hour. Add paprika just before serving.

  • Step 5: Unused packages can be refrigerated and reheated later.
