Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the salmon filets skin side down on a lightly oiled oven proof tray
Step 2
Mix together all the remaining ingredients
Step 3
Divide the tomato mixture on top of the salmon filets

Place in pre-heated 375f oven

Bake for apprx 25 minutes or until the salmon flakes nicely
