Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound salmon filet (skin on)
  • 63 grams tomatoes (8 grape tomatoes, chopped)
  • 3/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato dressing

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the salmon filets skin side down on a lightly oiled oven proof tray

  • Step 2: Mix together all the remaining ingredients

  • Step 3: Divide the tomato mixture on top of the salmon filets

  • Step 4: Place in pre-heated 375f oven

  • Step 5: Bake for apprx 25 minutes or until the salmon flakes nicely
