Step by Step Method

Step 1

Blend reserved pineapple juice (add cold water if necessary to make 1/2 cup) with cornstarch. Stir in pineapple, chili sauce, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Step 2

Lightly brown chops in oil. Pour pineapple mixture over chops. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until pork is cooked.
