"I entered this recipe in my computerized recipebook years ago but unfortunately had never made it. I say "unfortunately" because It is so good and easy. The recipe appears on numerous websites, threads, etc. so I don't know who to credit for the original."

Step 1

Blend reserved pineapple juice (add cold water if necessary to make 1/2 cup) with cornstarch. Stir in pineapple, chili sauce, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Step 2

Lightly brown chops in oil. Pour pineapple mixture over chops. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until pork is cooked.
