Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small skillet over medium heat,melt margarine then add egg and cook until almost done(this will finish cooking under the broiler).

Step 2

Divide egg between the two potato shells

Step 3

Top each shell with 1 tablespoon of cheese.

Step 4

Crumble bacon and sprinkle over cheese.

Step 5

Broil for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 6

Top each potato with 1/2 Tablespoon green onion.

Step 7
