Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the avocado cut side up, on a clean work surface and using a teaspoon to carefully sprinkle one-third of the cut surface of each avocado with chive and then repeat with the dukkah and chilli flakes

Step 2

Spoon the hummus evenly into the hollow of each avocado.

Step 3

Divide among the serving plates and serve immediately.

Enjoyed all of the thirds, but did like the dukkah best, as well as trying all of them together at once. Thanks for this filling and tasty dish.
