Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 whole avocado (firm ripe avocados, halved and stoned)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoon dukkah
  • 1 tablespoon dried chilli flakes
  • 140 grams hummus (1/2 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the avocado cut side up, on a clean work surface and using a teaspoon to carefully sprinkle one-third of the cut surface of each avocado with chive and then repeat with the dukkah and chilli flakes

  • Step 2: Spoon the hummus evenly into the hollow of each avocado.

  • Step 3: Divide among the serving plates and serve immediately.
