Step 1: Place the avocado cut side up, on a clean work surface and using a teaspoon to carefully sprinkle one-third of the cut surface of each avocado with chive and then repeat with the dukkah and chilli flakes
Step 2: Spoon the hummus evenly into the hollow of each avocado.
Step 3: Divide among the serving plates and serve immediately.
