"This recipe comes from an Australian show Everyday Gourmet. I know someone who swears by this recipe and absolutely loves it during summer. I have not tried it yet but am hoping to very soon as it so easy and not too mention a little healthier than your normal ice-cream. Makes 1 litre"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the avocado and lime juice into a food processor and blend until smooth; add the cream and condensed milk and blitz again until all ingredients are well incorporated and light and fluffy. Now using a low speed ~ add the coconut and cinnamon and on a low speed & fold through.
Step 2
Pour ice-cream mix into a 1.5 litre plastic container, cover with plastic wrap and then add the lid.
Step 3
Freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
Step 4
Serve as is or in ice cream cones.
