Step 1: Place the avocado and lime juice into a food processor and blend until smooth; add the cream and condensed milk and blitz again until all ingredients are well incorporated and light and fluffy. Now using a low speed ~ add the coconut and cinnamon and on a low speed & fold through.
Step 2: Pour ice-cream mix into a 1.5 litre plastic container, cover with plastic wrap and then add the lid.
Step 3: Freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
Step 4: Serve as is or in ice cream cones.
