Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 300 grams avocados (2 medium ripe avocados)
  • 45 grams lime (fresh, juice and zest,1 lime)
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 1 tin (200 gram) condensed milk
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt, pinch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the avocado and lime juice into a food processor and blend until smooth; add the cream and condensed milk and blitz again until all ingredients are well incorporated and light and fluffy. Now using a low speed ~ add the coconut and cinnamon and on a low speed & fold through.

  • Step 2: Pour ice-cream mix into a 1.5 litre plastic container, cover with plastic wrap and then add the lid.

  • Step 3: Freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).

  • Step 4: Serve as is or in ice cream cones.
