Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook veggies in coconut oil over medium heat until soft. Add rice and stir to warm. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

Step 2

Cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain fat. Add veggies/rice back in and stir.

Step 3

Add remaining seasonings and cook until warmed through, a few minutes. Serve with veggies and a salad.
