Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 red or yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cup leftover brown rice
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook veggies in coconut oil over medium heat until soft. Add rice and stir to warm. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

  • Step 2: Cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain fat. Add veggies/rice back in and stir.

  • Step 3: Add remaining seasonings and cook until warmed through, a few minutes. Serve with veggies and a salad.
