Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl stir together the cream, lemon juice and ground almonds; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 2
In a serving dish add the artichokes and asparagus and then add the cream mixture and toss. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds, if desired along with the lemon zest.
