  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 lemons, zest in long strips plus the juice
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, ground
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 12 jarred (or canned) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 24 asparagus spears, trimmed, cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted, optional

How to Make
