"A traditional salad served at meals alot served with french bread. You can add some jalapeno slices if you wish. They shred a carrot and cabbage, but I'm using coleslaw mix, but you could mix fresh if you wish."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Toss the coleslaw mix, tomatoes, onion and garlic together, (pickled jalapenos if your using).
Step 2
Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and oregano to taste.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, to taste.
Step 4
Toss together again.
Step 5
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The longer it sets the better they said.
