  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup red onion, julienned
  • 2 roma tomatoes, julienned
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toss the coleslaw mix, tomatoes, onion and garlic together, (pickled jalapenos if your using).

  • Step 2: Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and oregano to taste.

  • Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil, to taste.

  • Step 4: Toss together again.

  • Step 5: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The longer it sets the better they said.
