Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and paprika until well blended. Add the shredded cabbage and carrot, pepper and onion. Gently toss together.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate at LEAST 1 hour for flavors to combine.

This is an awesome coleslaw! I used precut cabbage mix and then followed the recipe as written using the lemon juice option. We really loved it and this is so easy to make with all the ingredients on hand. Sometimes its the good ol fashioned oldies that are the best recipes. I will be making this again for sure.
