"They sugared and broiled the crepes I'm not going to do that but you could they also used more sauce I'm fine with just a little . You could also add whipped cream on top of the sauce"

Step 1

In a bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs, and water.

Whisk to combine

Refrigerate for 6 hours.

Step 4

Heat a 8-inch non-stick pan.

Step 5

Pour about 3 ounces of batter into the pan and swirl the pan to coat the pan evenly.

Like a crepe

Step 7

When the edges begin to brown, peel the pancakes from the pan and flip over. After 30 seconds

Step 8

Remove the pancake from the pan.

Step 9

When all the pancakes are done, fill them with 1 tablespoons of dulce de leche sauce and roll them up.

Step 10

Brush with melted butter

Step 11

Serve a 1/4 of the fruit and top crepes with some redi whip whipped cream
