Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, milk, flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Beat on low speed to combine and then increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 20cm x 30cm tin.
Step 4
Press apple slices on top of mixture
Step 5
Sprinkle the combined topping ingredients over apples.
Step 6
Bake at 180C for 25 - 30 minutes.
