Step 1: Remove core from apples, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Toss apple chunks with lemon juice to thoroughly coat.
Step 3: Mix together yogurt, sour cream and sugar; pour over apple and mix well.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend and sugar to dissolve.
