Step by Step Method

Step 1

Wash the apples well. Core and slice them. No need to peel.

Step 2

Tie the cloves and cinnamon in a cheesecloth packet or bag.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients, except the Ginger Beer, to a large pitcher. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

When ready to serve, remove the cheesecloth packet (or strain the Sangria if you didn't use one). Remove and discard the chile.

Step 5

Add the ginger beer right before serving. Garnish with additional sliced apples, red and green.
