"I had lunch at my friend Annette's home a few days ago and she served these as part of the appetizers - Delicious so I asked for the recipe. I will adapt it to stove top and will add those instructions later. It is so easy and so good. Serve along side crackers and cheese, fresh veggie bites."

Place the mushrooms in a microwave container with a lid
Step 2
Sprinkle in the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and soya sauce. Top it off with the butter, put on lid
