"I had lunch at my friend Annette's home a few days ago and she served these as part of the appetizers - Delicious so I asked for the recipe. I will adapt it to stove top and will add those instructions later. It is so easy and so good. Serve along side crackers and cheese, fresh veggie bites."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the mushrooms in a microwave container with a lid

Step 2

Sprinkle in the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and soya sauce. Top it off with the butter, put on lid

Step 3

Microwave on high for 30 seconds

31 March 2013 This was really tasty! I used canned sliced mushrooms, so I chose to saute them in butter instead of using the microwave. The flavour is amazing, and I can't wait to try this with fresh mushrooms in the microwave! 29 June 2014 Finally got around to making this as written, and I am astonished! 30 seconds in the microwave = absolute joy in my mouth. I did double the butter and soy sauce (and used Maggi Seasoning instead of soy sauce) because I had a lot more mushrooms, but left the other ingredients the same. All I can say is, Wow!
