Step 1

Cover beans with water

Next day drain add 6 cupswater

Add soup bones and onion

Cover bring to a boil

Turn down to a simmer

Cook until beans are mushy

About 5 hours adding water as needed stirring occasionally

Take bones out and it says sieve the beans but we're using stick blender

Until creamy

Add tomatoes broken up

Mix flour and butter and seasoning

Drop into hot boiling soup in pieces

Stirring constantly

Cook until thickened slightly

Check for seasonings
