I loved this bread. I think I used more cheese than stated but I would do that again.

This makes a lot. It is good and lemony. It is a good summer dessert.

My can of corn had peppers in it but that is the only change I made. We made our own Italian salad dressing and it was a good side dish. I liked using the mixed beans.

I really liked this. The jalapeno was really spicy, so I didn't eat too much of that. I kept some of the sauce on the side and ate it with my pork chop.

I charred my corn in a cast iron skillet on the stove. I used about 2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce and it was plenty spicy for me with that amount. I made it exactly as instructed by the recipe author. Made for the Thailand Leg of the AmaZ'ing Race 2023.
