Good Lord is this every amazing, I made exactly as stated in the recipe except I didn't use the jalapeno because I didn't have any but I did use the green chilies, my partner loves Mexican food so I search this site for something different to make, I'm sure glad I found this one, it's already requested to make again, and when I make it again I'll be making two! This is a seriously good potato dish and I`m thinking about make this again for Christmas, I`m also wondering if light cream would be good instead of whipping cream I may try that soon, anyway we loved this. Added garlic powder salt and pepper to each potato layer. Thank you Mikekey
