This is very good sauce I don't think it needs the 2 tablespoons of butter I reduced it to 2 teaspoons, I also added in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. I have gotten into a habit of making red sauces a day ahead and leaving then in the refrigerator for a few days which is what I did for this sauce, after chilling there is a noticible difference and improved flavor, thanks I'll make this again!

Just made this I now have it chilling in the fridge to be served tonight. I'm rating it five stars for lots of great flavor!
