Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash string beans. Dry COMPLETELY with a towel.
Step 2
Place the panko in a bowl. Place the egg into a bowl. Place the flour, salt and garlic powder, pepper and cayenne into a bowl.
Step 3
Heat oil on medium heat in a skillet.
Step 4
Toss the string beans in the flour to coat. Dip the string beans into flour mixture and then into the panko crumbs.
Step 5
Fry until golden brown.
