Step by Step Method
TO MAKE THE TEA
Step 1
Combine the water and tea leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the condensed milk to taste. Return to the heat and bring to a boil again. Simmer for 3 more minutes. Strain. Let come to room temperature if having it over ice.
FOR THE YUANYANG COFFEE
Step 2
Combine the 1 cup of milk tea and the coffee. Fill two 8 ounce glasses with ice. Pour the coffee/tea mixture over the ice and enjoy!
