Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (Bolivian drip coffee, brewed extra strong)
  • 1 cup brewed tea (Hong Kong-Style milk tea)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes
  • FOR HONG KONG MILK TEA
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons Ceylon Black tea
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

How to Make

  • TO MAKE THE TEA

  • Step 1: Combine the water and tea leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the condensed milk to taste. Return to the heat and bring to a boil again. Simmer for 3 more minutes. Strain. Let come to room temperature if having it over ice.

  • FOR THE YUANYANG COFFEE

  • Step 2: Combine the 1 cup of milk tea and the coffee. Fill two 8 ounce glasses with ice. Pour the coffee/tea mixture over the ice and enjoy!
