Heat butter

Step 2

Add flour

Step 3

Add seasonings

Add eggs

(I'm adding the sherry here to cook off alcohol but they added at end)

Add the grated zest of 1 lemon

In another pan heat milk almost to boiling

Add slowly to soup

Add crab

Add cream and dont boil just simmer until warmed

Check for seasonings

Step 12

Add 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
