Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled,mashed
  • 1 lemon,zested fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper,(white)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 pound cooked fresh crab meat ,(1 cup canned)
  • 8 ounces heavy cream,(1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/32 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter

  • Step 2: Add flour

  • Step 3: Add seasonings

  • Step 4: Add eggs

  • Step 5: (I'm adding the sherry here to cook off alcohol but they added at end)

  • Step 6: Add the grated zest of 1 lemon

  • Step 7: In another pan heat milk almost to boiling

  • Step 8: Add slowly to soup

  • Step 9: Add crab

  • Step 10: Add cream and dont boil just simmer until warmed

  • Step 11: Check for seasonings

  • Step 12: Add 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
