Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla on medium speed, until smooth
Step 2
Stir in flour and beat just until dough come together
Step 3
Divide dough into 3 equal parts, and roll each into a 9 inch rope, about 1 inch thick
Step 4
Place ropes 3 inches apart on a buttered 12x15 inch baking sheet
Step 5
Along each rope, press finger into dough to make 1/2 inch indentations at 1 inch intervals
Step 6
Spoon 1/4 teaspoon into each indentation
Step 7
Bake ropes at 350F, until edges are lightly browned , 12-15 minutes
Step 8
Let cool on baking sheet
Step 9
Place chopped white chocolate in piping bag, or ziplock back, twisting open end closed and securing. Immerse chocolate in hot water until melted. Dry bag, and snip corner
Step 10
Drizzle ropes with chocolate
Step 11
Let cool until chocolate is set, then cut ropes diagonally into 12 slices
