Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla on medium speed, until smooth

  • Step 2: Stir in flour and beat just until dough come together

  • Step 3: Divide dough into 3 equal parts, and roll each into a 9 inch rope, about 1 inch thick

  • Step 4: Place ropes 3 inches apart on a buttered 12x15 inch baking sheet

  • Step 5: Along each rope, press finger into dough to make 1/2 inch indentations at 1 inch intervals

  • Step 6: Spoon 1/4 teaspoon into each indentation

  • Step 7: Bake ropes at 350F, until edges are lightly browned , 12-15 minutes

  • Step 8: Let cool on baking sheet

  • Step 9: Place chopped white chocolate in piping bag, or ziplock back, twisting open end closed and securing. Immerse chocolate in hot water until melted. Dry bag, and snip corner

  • Step 10: Drizzle ropes with chocolate

  • Step 11: Let cool until chocolate is set, then cut ropes diagonally into 12 slices
