Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Coarsely chop cabbage and place in a large casserole dish sprayed with PAM.
Step 3
Sprinkle onion on top of cabbage.
Step 4
Pour melted butter over cabbage/onion mixture.
Step 5
Season to taste.
Step 6
Mix mayo, 1/2 the cheese and soup together and then spread over cabbage and onions.
Step 7
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Topping: mix together melted butter, onions ,crushed crackers and rest of grated cheese.
Step 9
Uncover casserole.
Step 10
Sprinkle topping mix over top of casserole.
Step 11
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and topping is melted and browned.
