Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients except buns, mix gently with your hands

Form into 3 pattires

Step 3

Lightly spray a skillet with oil, over high heat fry your burgers for 1 minute

Step 4

Turn the heat to medium, flip the burgers, cover the pan

Step 5

Flip a couple more times returning the cover. Brown the burgers evenly. I like 6 minutes per side for well done burgers

Step 6

Put on a toasted bun add whatever condimens you like and enjoy
