  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 2 tablspoons watercress pesto sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 hamburger buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all the ingredients except buns, mix gently with your hands

  • Step 2: Form into 3 pattires

  • Step 3: Lightly spray a skillet with oil, over high heat fry your burgers for 1 minute

  • Step 4: Turn the heat to medium, flip the burgers, cover the pan

  • Step 5: Flip a couple more times returning the cover. Brown the burgers evenly. I like 6 minutes per side for well done burgers

  • Step 6: Put on a toasted bun add whatever condimens you like and enjoy
