"A few years back, I bought this at a very upmarket supermarket to serve with Christmas drinks & everyone loved it! I had bought it the year after again......... then I saw this being made on a television programme named "Everyday Gourmet" . I wrote it down and made it this year at Christmas and it went down a treat once again! This is absolutely served with a nice cheese and crackers. Note: This will keep up to 3 weeks in the fridge if wrapped very tightly, just take out and let come to room temperature about 15 minutes before serving."

Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a rough paste.
Step 2
Get ready a long sheet of cling wrap to roll mix in.
Step 3
Using wet hands, remove ingredients from the bowl and place into the middle of the long sheet of cling wrap.
