Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a rough paste.
Step 2: Get ready a long sheet of cling wrap to roll mix in.
Step 3: Using wet hands, remove ingredients from the bowl and place into the middle of the long sheet of cling wrap.
Step 4: Spread evenly so it’s about 20 cm long (approx 8 inches); and roll up so mix is entirely covered and then roll back and forward onto a bench to form a log. Twist and tie both ends and refrigerate for 90 minutes before slicing into rounds to serve with cheese and crackers.
