Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine pork, ginger, chilli, black pepper, sesame seeds, fish sauce and coriander in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Shape 2 tablespoons of the mince mixture into a patty and repeat to make 12 patties.

Step 3

Place on a plate and cover with plastic food wrap and chill for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Heat a char-grill pan over moderately high heat and brush the patties with oil and add to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until cooked, alternatively you could cook them on the barbecue/outdoor or indoor grill.

Step 5

Make chilli dipping sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 6

Serve pork patties with dipping sauce and lime wedges.

We really enjoyed the flavors...I cut the recipe in half for one of our appy nights...there's just the two of was a bit on the dry side...but we kept dipping the patties in the delicious chili sauce...this is a quick and easy to dish prepare...made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...
