Veggi Packets On The Grill

"This came out when I had only 3 potatoes and half a bag of baby carrots to feed 4 people and it worked out great! I made six packets but with my bunch that serves 4."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Make 6 8 x 8 inch squares of tine foil (I estimate and tear some tin foil in half for two packets).
Step 2
In each square of tin foil, place half of one potato (slices), a few carrots and some chopped onions. top with some mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a bit of butter. Fold tin foil over veggies to form a packet with no exposed edges.
Step 3
Place on grill (I used the back burner on my grill) and cooked for about 30 minutes - the same time I was cooking some steaks.
Step 4
Open packets to serve.
