Step 1: Make 6 8 x 8 inch squares of tine foil (I estimate and tear some tin foil in half for two packets).
Step 2: In each square of tin foil, place half of one potato (slices), a few carrots and some chopped onions. top with some mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a bit of butter. Fold tin foil over veggies to form a packet with no exposed edges.
Step 3: Place on grill (I used the back burner on my grill) and cooked for about 30 minutes - the same time I was cooking some steaks.
Step 4: Open packets to serve.
