Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 pounds potatoes (3 potatoes, cut into thick slices)
  • 2 yellow onions, chopped
  • 4 ounces carrots (baby carrots)
  • Fresh herbs (I used some basil, parsley, rosemary and oregano)
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make 6 8 x 8 inch squares of tine foil (I estimate and tear some tin foil in half for two packets).

  • Step 2: In each square of tin foil, place half of one potato (slices), a few carrots and some chopped onions. top with some mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a bit of butter. Fold tin foil over veggies to form a packet with no exposed edges.

  • Step 3: Place on grill (I used the back burner on my grill) and cooked for about 30 minutes - the same time I was cooking some steaks.

  • Step 4: Open packets to serve.
