Step by Step Method

Heat oil in stockpot.

Add onions and celery.

Cook until translucent.

Add carrots.

Stir around and add everything else but horseradish..

Simmer 60 minutes.
Step 7
Remove clove and bay leaf.
Step 8
Add horseradish and season to taste.
