  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in stockpot.

  • Step 2: Add onions and celery.

  • Step 3: Cook until translucent.

  • Step 4: Add carrots.

  • Step 7: Remove clove and bay leaf.

  • Step 8: Add horseradish and season to taste.
