"My family really love this dish and this works really well using chicken cutlets instead of veal. Use seasoned breadcrumbs and season them the way you want. This can be served as is, or may be topped with your favorite spaghetti sauce and cooked pasta"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine milk, eggs and salt and pepper in small mixing bowl. Place bread crumbs in a flat dish. Flatten cutlets; dip each in egg batter and then dredge in bread crumbs. Quickly dip into egg batter and place in skillet with hot oil. Brown veal on each side.

Step 2

Place cutlets in greased oblong baking dish and top each cutlet with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts

Step 3

May be served as is, or may be topped with your favorite spaghetti sauce with your choice of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic toast and salad.

This was pretty good, but I thought it could have had more flavor. Maybe some Italian seasoning and garlic. Next time I will add those.
