In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne with a rubber spatula.

I scaled back for one serve and had enough filling to fill two bagels so the other half I will put into scramble eggs for breakfast. The only change I made as I did not have chives was to finely slice the green part of a spring onion. Thank you fizzybrat for a delicious lunch, made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
