Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If using instant rice cook according to package directions.
Step 2
In a cast iron or ovenproof skillet over medium high heat cook the ground beef and vegetables (ground beef -onion) until meat is no longer pink and then stir in the next 3 ingredients (marinara sauce -seasoning) and then stir in the cheese.
Step 3
In a small bowl toss breadcrumbs with the oil and then sprinkle over the top of the casserole in skillet. Bake for 8-10 minute or until heated through and topping is golden.
