Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Place all veggies in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, melt butter and add all the herbs, spices and garlic. Let simmer on low heat 3 minutes.

Step 4

Then pour over the veggies and mix well with a spoon or your hands.

Step 5

Place in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

Step 6

*If you can't find Lawry's Tuscan seasoning, just mix these ingredients and use 1 tablespoon for your recipe. Then store the rest in an airtight container.

Step 7

1 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)

Step 8

1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs

Step 9

1 tablespoon dried basil

Step 10

1 tablespoon semi coarse sea salt

Step 11

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
