I had a turkey breast that I needed to use from the freezer, and I made it for our Easter dinner for my dh and I. We loved that it was so tender and juicy. Loved the stuffing too! The breast was easy to roll, and it was so worth the extra effort!

What a Wonderful meal this makes! I've had my eye on this recipe for quite a while and I'm so glad I've made it and my family and I really enjoyed it. It is comfort food at its best and special enough for a Holiday meal and to impress your guests. This was the perfect meal to serve on a cold and blustery day and one that I will make again. Thank you Gerry for sharing. Made it for PickMeTag.

It was just four of us eating when I made this so I used the breast of one side of a turkey to prepare it. It was a nice plump bird so there was plenty of meat for the four of us. It made a beautiful presentation and was extra delicious with all these great ingredients. My company was impressed and to be honest, so was I!
